The firm represents a variety of businesses and individuals in intellectual property litigation. We have represented nationwide retailers as well as local specialty stores in trademark, trade dress and trade secret actions. The firm also provides representation concerning insurance coverage aspects of intellectual property disputes. We have negotiated and drafted licensing agreements and have provided medical and Internet-related counseling, particularly including domain name disputes and disputes involving trademark or copyright infringements arising from the content of web sites.

Paw Safety Charities v. Petco Animal Supplies, Inc., 2000 WL 284193 (N.D.Tex 2000), aff'd. 247 F.3d. 241 (5th Cir. 2001) (affirmative finding in trademark and trade secret case).

People Solutions, Inc. v. People Solutions, Inc., 2000 WL 1030619 (N.D.Tex. 2000) (allegations of trademark infringement involving domain name, court found no in personam jurisdiction based on internet presence).
