Texas Supreme Court holds defendants allowed to have ex parte communications with plaintiff's treating physicians


In re CollinsCooper & Scully attorneys successfully persuaded the Texas Supreme Court to rule that a defendant who receives a medical authorization from a plaintiff in a medical malpractice case is entitled to have ex parte communications with the plaintiff's treating physicians.
