Presenter: Kirsten Davenport & Joanna Tollenaere

Join us on Thursday, April 29, 2010 for a discussion on the differences between a premises liability cause of action and a negligence cause of action. The discussion will include law that clearly establishes the elements of one cause of action versus the other and other potential distinctions that may assist counsel and/or the insurer in the representation of the insured. Additionally, the discussion will include a clear explanation and examples that will assist in the understanding of the terms "condition of the premises" and "ongoing activity."
