This webinar will address the latest case law developments involving Chapter 74 of the Texas Civil Practice & Remedies Code, which governs health care liability claims. The speakers will address recent case law from the Texas Supreme Court and Texas intermediate courts of appeals involving: (a) sufficiency of section 74.351 expert reports and objections and the latest on section 74.351(c) extensions; (b) application of Chapter 74 damages caps and prejudgment interest provisions; (c) interpretation of the notice and limitations provisions; and (d) other recent decisions of interest implicating provisions of Chapter 74.
