Webinar: Mastering Prejudgment Interest - August 17, 2011

This webinar will focus on the recovery of prejudgment interest under Texas law. It will address the accrual and rate to be used. Also addressed will be when and how it may be tolled and how it is to be calculated in a judgment which includes settlements. Also to be addressed will be it's effect on certain liability caps such as non-economic and punitive. Finally, the topic will examine the treatment of prejudgment interest under various liability policies.
