Join us on Wednesday, September 29, 2010 for a discussion on the new Fresh Coat Inc. v. K-2 Inc. decision from the Texas Supreme Court. The speakers will discuss the court's decision enforcing a manufacturer's statutory indemnity obligation under Ch. 82 in residential contstruction defect cases. The topic will include a discussion of the case and the issues that were before the court and the application and possible implications this decision will have on the construction industry and future construction defect litigation.
