Join us on Wednesday, June 8th for a webinar on the mechanics of policy buy-backs, when they are used and how they effectuated. It will also explore the history of policy buy-backs and focus on the issues of public policy regarding their validity. Finally, the course will address ethical, common law and duties under the Insurance Code that affect their use by insurers and adjusters.
