Bio

Elian Martinez is an associate in the Dallas office of Cooper & Scully, P.C. Elian has experience in real estate, corporate law, and tax law. Elian obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Rutgers University in 2023 and his Juris Doctor from Penn State Law in 2026.

While in law school, Elian served as Chief Justice of Penn State University’s graduate student government, competed in national mediation and negotiation competitions, and worked as a student ambassador for Penn State Law’s admission department. He also served as a student attorney at Penn State Law’s Entrepreneur Assistance Clinic, helping form over one hundred Limited Liability Companies and advising early-stage companies on legal and tax compliance.
