For over 20 years Nisha Byers has represented businesses and individuals in diverse fields, and provided professional advice and assistance with varied legal issues. She works closely with clients to understand their unique issues and goals, and strives to help them achieve their objectives in an efficient manner.
She has provided representation in litigation matters involving breach of contract, deceptive trade practices, product liability, shareholder oppression, trademark infringement, breach of fiduciary duties, insurance coverage, employment matters, toxic tort claims, professional negligence, pharmaceutical claims, and medical device liability. She also provides advice and guidance on regulatory and statutory requirements affecting her clients. Her experience includes practice in state and federal courts, including analysis of claims, strategic planning, depositions, discovery (including electronically stored information), mediations, witness preparation, and trial.
Nisha is a Fellow of Litigation Counsel of America, has served on various committees of the Dallas Bar Association, a Volunteer Attorney for the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program, a member of the Board of Directors for the Epilepsy Foundation of Texas-Dallas/Ft. Worth, and involved in several other community and professional organizations. She also has given numerous presentations on a wide-range of legal topics. Ms. Byers has been recognized in the Texas Super Lawyers® list, Thomson Reuters Legal from 2013-present.
