Omar is a Senior Associate in the Dallas office of Cooper & Scully. His practice focuses on premises liability, transportation, and insurance defense. He guides clients through all phases of litigation, from early strategy and discovery management to depositions, dispositive motions, and trial preparation.

He has defended regional and national companies across industries such as insurance, transportation, retail, and consumer finance, and has handled litigation for major insurers, Fortune 500 companies, and a Big Three credit reporting agency. His practice is strengthened by experience inside the judiciary through internships with the Honorable Jeffrey Manske in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas and the Honorable Martin Hoffman in the 68th Judicial District Court of Dallas County.

Omar earned his J.D. from Baylor Law School and graduated with honors from Texas A&M University. He is fluent in Urdu and enjoys spending time with his family and playing guitar.
