Heather Blumberg is an associate in the Dallas office of Cooper & Scully.  She represents clients in a range of state, federal, and arbitration proceedings, including construction defect cases, church property disputes, and complex insurance coverage litigation. Additionally, Ms. Blumberg has assisted clients on a variety of appellate issues.

Ms. Blumberg received her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, in 2010 from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where she served as Managing Editor of the International Law Review. While in law school, Ms. Blumberg served as a judicial intern to Justice Kerry Fitzgerald of the Court of Appeals for the Fifth District of Texas at Dallas. In 2006, Ms. Blumberg earned a Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude from the University of Texas at Austin.

Ms. Blumberg is a member of the American Bar Association, a member of the Construction Section of the State Bar of Texas and a past Associate of the Patrick E. Higginbotham Inn of Court.

Ms. Blumberg is admitted to practice law in Texas and New York.
