Mollie is an associate in the Dallas office of Cooper & Scully, P.C. Mollie has gained valuable experience in a variety of cases involving medical malpractice, healthcare litigation, complex business and commercial litigation, and personal injury matters.
Mollie obtained her B.A. in English and Philosophy from Baylor University. After graduating she stayed in Waco to attend Baylor Law School. Mollie graduated from Baylor Law with honors earning her Special Distinction in Litigation. During her time at Baylor Law, Mollie was an active participant in the advocacy program. She was the captain of Baylor’s 2021 American Association for Justice mock trial team and captain of Baylor’s 2020 Tournament of Champions mock trial team. She was also part of the Baylor Barrister Society, Baylor’s Appellate Advocacy Association. As a result, Mollie was awarded the Excellence in Mock Trial Award and the Advocacy Award from the faculty at Baylor Law School.
She also gained valuable legal experience serving as a judicial intern for both the Honorable Magistrate Judge Jeffrey Cureton of the Northern District of Texas and the Honorable Judge Alan Albright of the Western District of Texas.
During her free time, Mollie enjoys watching Baylor football, BBQing, painting, and spending time with her family and friends.
