Andrew Gardner is an associate in the Dallas office of Cooper & Scully, P.C. He focuses his practice on commercial and residential construction defect litigation, premises liability, and personal injury.

Andrew has experience defending cases for mid-sized insurance companies, and has a track record of resolving cases to satisfaction of his clients, whether through trial, arbitration, dispositive motion or settlement.  Andrew has successfully represented both general contractors and subcontractors in complex, multi-party construction defect litigation.  Andrew's experience includes defense of subcontractors in both commercial and residential litigation and arbitration for the following trades: foundation, lightweight concrete, stucco, roofing, plumbing, and structural steel.  Andrew uses his extensive experience to work with both is clients and expert witnesses to formulate an effective defense strategy.  Andrew has also successfully defended both commercial vehicle and trucking companies throughout the State of Texas.
