Join us on Wednesday, September 15, 2010 for a discussion on the flood of Hurricane Ike claims filed within the last 60 days, the coverage issues presented, and various procedural and substantive defenses that exist to the claims. The presentation will specifically address the availability and use of the appraisal process in addressing these claims. The speakers will focus on the claims handling requirements and substantive defenses to extra-contractual claims being presented.
