Webinar: "Settlement and Allocation - Lennar Corporation v. Markel American Insurance" - September 26, 2013

This webinar will examine the recent Texas Supreme Court decision in Lennar Corporation v Markel American Insurance. It will focus on the right of insured's to settle without the consent of the insurer. It will also focus on the proof requirements on the insured for allocation as they apply to policy period issues as opposed to coverage issues.
