Benton Williams practices in the business litigation section of Cooper & Scully’s Dallas office. Benton represents plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts across the state, including publicly owned companies, privately-held businesses, and individuals. Benton’s practice focuses on business and intellectual property litigation, including patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, as well as fiduciary and shareholder derivative actions. Benton represents clients in both a transactional and litigation capacity.
As a Dallas native, Benton and his wife are active members of the city’s philanthropic community. Benton serves on the board of directors for local charities, scholarship panels, and non-profit organizations across the city.
