Jordan M. Sibley
Jordan is a senior associate in Cooper & Scully’s Dallas office. He maintains a commercial practice, focused on corporate and real estate transactions, commercial lending and commercial litigation. Jordan advises clients in the finance, real estate, oil and gas, technology and automotive industries.
Regularly serving as outside general counsel, Jordan has a unique understanding of his clients’ legal and business needs. He advises businesses, partnerships and family offices in all growth stages, from entity formation to strategic exits. While remaining assertive on the legal front, he maintains a business mentality to ensure his clients’ corporate needs are achieved.
Specifically, Jordan represents clients with their mergers and acquisitions, securities filings, stock sales, corporate governance matters, real estate transactions and intellectual property needs. Jordan knows that negotiating upside potential and downside protection is key, with the goal of a successful closing for any commercial transaction.
When the inevitable dispute arises, Jordan knows how to enforce his client’s best interests. He represents large and small companies in their business and real estate litigation, always pressing towards meaningful resolution.

In his spare time, Jordan enjoys traveling with his wife. He also volunteers with various hunting and fishing organizations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
