Nate Flanigin is an associate in the Dallas office of Cooper & Scully. He focuses his practice in the areas of business, commercial, and healthcare litigation.
Nate was born and raised in Austin, Texas. He obtained a B.S. in Sport Management from the University of Texas at Austin. After graduating in 2018, Nate worked for a sports marketing agency in Dallas and an oilfield services company in Midland. He returned to Dallas to attend SMU Dedman School of Law, where Nate was Air Law Symposium Editor for the SMU Law Review. During law school, Nate interned for The Honorable Amos L. Mazzant III at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas and The Honorable Harlin D. Hale at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas. He also spent a semester as an extern for an investment management company.
Nate enjoys spending time with his wife, Kassidy, their dog Remy, and his friends and family. He enjoys fly fishing, skiing, pickleball, and supporting the Texas Longhorns and Dallas Cowboys.
