Nicholas (Nick) Victor is an associate in the Dallas office of Cooper & Scully, P.C. Nick has gained valuable experience in a variety of cases involving medical malpractice, healthcare litigation, insurance litigation, as well as complex business and commercial litigation.
Nick was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He obtained his B.A. in Political Science from Yale University while also playing on the basketball team. After graduating in 2016, Nick played basketball professionally in Norway and later worked at an asset management firm for two years. He attended Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, graduating in 2022 with honors. During law school, Nick was an Articles Editor for the Science and Technology Law Review journal. Nick was also a member of the SMU Law Innocence Clinic where he worked with Dallas County inmates who pleaded actual innocence. During his law school summers, Nick interned with Children At Risk as well as Cooper & Scully.
Outside of his legal work, Nick enjoys spending time with his friends and family, as well as playing basketball and keeping up with all things Dallas sports.
